Mayoral candidate Kirk LaPointe says West Vancouver needs more transparent leadership, stronger financial accountability, and genuine public consultation after years of growing frustration over issues like pay parking, development, and rising taxes. In an interview with West Vancouver Community Stakeholders, LaPointe outlined his vision.
